Your Higher Self communicates with you mainly through inspiration, joy and excitement, as well as in dreams and meditations. This means you have everything you need inside of you. You only need to know, trust and act. In this society of today this can be a bit of a challenge. We human beings are drowning in a complex ocean of informations, facts and other people's knowledge, which can make it more difficult for you to both hear your inner voice and trust it. But this is the time to start living in divine connection with your Higher Self and live authentically and fully as yourself!
Your true essence is Love. You are an eternal soul, having a temporary physical experience. Your Higher Self are still in Non Physical (Spirit world), as are you when you are sleeping. You came here forgetting who you truly are, so that you could experience your human experience "from scratch". You chose to come to planet Earth, in agreement with your Higher Self. By creating and maintaining a strong connection with your Higher Self, you will receive inspirations, answers, insights and understandings at a much higher level then ever before. Your Higher Self knows much more than human you does, and have connection to divine intelligence, spirit guides and much more.
Your Higher Self wants nothing else but to be in service to you. In connection with your Higher Self, you will unlock Divine Superpowers and unlock passive DNA. Your cognitive, psychological and physical senses will be strengthened. It can be sight, hearing, smelling, tasting or sensing but it can laos be sense of balance, temperature or pain. Your thoughts, feelings, memory, fantasy, intuition and decisions will be clearer. Your consciousness of self and higher dimensions will evolve. Your extra-sensory abilities will awaken, from telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, psychochinese to astralprojection, mediumship and channeling.

Introvert and creative as a child. Adventourous and exploring as a teenager. Lion mother as young woman. My thesis for Ph D in Sociology (2002) focused governmentality, local empowerment and power.
My lifelong passion has been issues concerning human rights, personal empowerment and local communities. This passion have partly resulted in personal coaching with focus on emotions and thoughts as well as channeling coaching with focus on the soul's journey.

I am a well experienced author, researcher, strategist and analysist, with 20years+ experience of research, education and leadership positions as well as a broad publication of books, reports and articles within science, social policy and non-fictional.
