You don't need tools, techniques, manuals or to-do-lists. They are all well and good as permission slips, but nothing else.
What you need is your own inner KNOWING of who you really are. You need to Know Thyself. And in the process of developing, strengthening and understanding your inner knowing; a loving, positive and motivational mirror in the form of a coach and consultant can then be part of the transformation. It would be my honor to be that mirror.
Together we will investigate three main themes (love, truth and joy) based on the universal law "what you put out is what you get back". This universal law can also be formulated as "every cause has its effect - every effect has its cause". That means that you have to be the vibration of what you want to attract. What you think and feel, and consciously or unconsciously hold to be true, is the total sum of what you will attract. This is the true process. regardless if you are aware of this universal law or not.
If you are not manifesting what you desire, is because you are not the vibration of your desire. This in turn usually depends on a lack of KNOWING who you truly are and an abundance of negative and fear-based beliefs. It is not because you are not authentically the vibration of the attraction; you are naturally attracting what you need in life. It is instead a matter of allowing, receiving and surrendering.
The three main themes - love, truth and joy - is actually representing your true self when it comes to self love, self sufficiency and self acceptance. When the inner qualities of love, truth and joy are explored in a process of Knowing Thyself, the outer effects of integrity, honesty and gratitude will develop. This is you, becoming who you really are.
Love and Integrity
You are Love. Your True Life's mission is to spread the Love that you are. You are an infinite spiritual being, having a temporary human experience.

I also have 20years+ theoretical knowledge and practical experience of leadership, organizational development, teambuilding, as well as of civil society organizations, local development of resource mobilization and capacity strengthening, network building and project management.
